The service at McCall was impeccable! I felt welcomed from the reception all the way to the consultation. A big thank you to the receptionist Bianca, the dental assistant Larissa, and Dr. Rafael, who was extremely attentive and amazing with me. He gave me a real lesson on oral care and explained all the procedures I need to go through, always being honest. I’ve never had such a thorough dental cleaning! I highly recommend this clinic!

But what really stood out to me was the experience of the professionals. I actually needed two delicate treatments. The first was an issue with my implant that I had done in Brazil, and I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done if it weren’t for Dr. Rafael’s expertise in resolving my problem and reassuring me. Then, briefly, my experience with Dr. Ludmila was even better. She has the best hands in the world when it comes to anesthesia, especially for those who are terrified of it, and her transparency in letting you feel comfortable making your own treatment choices. When you leave the office, you get a complete lesson in dentistry, knowing exactly what decision to make. Anyway, I tried to be brief, but it’s hard with these two. And just one more thing! The receptionists are amazing!☺️
